In addition to being the Migraine Mentor, Gwyn Morasko has been with Beachbody since early 2003 and has a long history with most of the programs both as a customer and as a coach. The workouts, nutrition guidelines, and great community support helped her to reverse or dramatically improve many chronic health conditions, including reducing the frequency and severity of her migraines, and she has learned to modify her workouts and nutrition to not just survive, but thrive with several autoimmune conditions.
